US11 is a computer temperature controller, which implements the complex processes of heat by the program specified by the user. The process may consist of several stages consisting in maintaining the temperature for a predetermined time or for increasing or lowering the temperature at a specified rate. The parameters set during the programming process are saved to nonvolatile memory controller. The memory capacity allows the user to enter ten different programs for the ten different processes.
US11 controller is a single-channel controller, realized at the time one program, measures the temperature of a temperature sensor, controls the contactors or team triacs or thyristors. It has, however, allowing the exit of a combination of several drivers to synchronize the work.
All parameters set during programming are entered via the keypad foil covering the front panel. The measured temperature is constantly shown on the display. Executed program number, type and number of the currently executed step is displayed on a separate display. The derogation from the set temperature is indicated by the LEDs.
The power supply is 230 VAC, in the case of power failure the controller state is stored in nonvolatile memory so that when power is interrupted the process continues. The device is placed in a module in a metal housing with dimensions of 90x90x120 mm and 96x96 mm front panel. The controller can operate in an ambient temperature of 0 - 50 ° C.
