Driver electric furnace USPE
The controller is a universal driver USPE baking furnace. It allows you to control both the electric furnace as well as furnace oil or gas. It allows you to adjust the temperature of both hysteresis and a simplified algorithm using PID. Extensive measuring inputs allow you to work with a wide range of sensors such as sensors, resistive (eg Pt100), thermocouple, sensors with current output 0-20mA or 4-20mA, or a voltage output 0-1V.
Versatility solution, and a wide range of attachable sensors allows the use of advanced process equipment for baking.
The driver provides comprehensive control of the bakery ovens (or other) and the various chambers in the modular furnaces. Three independent control circuits to control the deck top, bottom and steam chamber. The controller is equipped with real time clock, which enables switching on the furnace at any time to his warm-up without the presence of staff. In addition, the controller is equipped with a memory 20 programs baking. Baking parameters are programmed by the user so they can be changed at any time. Programmed temperature of the upper deck, lower deck temperature and baking time. All configuration functions are available to the user in the programming phase. You can set alarms, setting ranges of input parameters of hysteresis or PID control, the type of sensors, the temperature in the steam chamber and the type of control. All measured values are displayed continuously on display.
