USPP is a computer temperature controller, which maintains the desired temperature, and measures the time specified. The controller can be used to control electric furnaces or other. The driver version is performed with control: Simple-type PID control as well as a hysteresis. The versatility of the solution enables the use of driver USPP also in other applications where it is necessary to maintain the temperature and timing. The parameters set during the programming process are saved to nonvolatile memory controller. There is no need to set the parameters again after power.
USPP controller is dual channel controller, performs at the moment to maintain the temperature independent for the two channels. The program reads the temperature of two temperature sensors, controls the contactors or team triacs or thyristors. Because of the two sensors the controller can also act as a regulator of a two-time metering, or two independent single-channel temperature controllers.
All parameters set during programming are entered via the keypad foil covering the front panel. The measured temperature value of the selected channel is continuously presented on the display. Time elapses is presented on a separate display. The front panel of the controller are LEDs, or at the time the outputs are enabled or disabled. Indicated are also alarm LED ALARM (exceeding the allowable temperature, actuator failure, sensor failure). Each channel has two independent outputs included an enabled power-sharing within a single channel. In addition, the controller has two independent outputs a voltage turn-off to control the inclusion of additional functions such as lighting, ventilation, condensation, etc. The controller has a sound signal indicating the completion of measuring the set time (eg end of baking).
The power supply is 230 VAC, in the case of power failure the controller state is stored in nonvolatile memory so that when power is interrupted the process continues. The value of the supply voltage can be tailored to individual customer needs. The device is placed in a module in a metal housing with dimensions of 90x90x120 mm and 96x96 mm front panel or a plastic housing with dimensions of 90x90x100 mm and 96x96 mm front panel. The controller can operate in an ambient temperature of 0 - 60 ° C.
