Humidity controller URM12

The latest controller is a universal regulator URM12 that could successfully compete with the best practices existing in the market. Allows you to adjust both the hysteresis, as well as using PID. Extensive measurement input enables you to collaborate with a wide range of sensors such as sensors, resistive (eg Pt100), thermocouple, sensors with current output 0-20mA or 4-20mA, or a voltage output 0-1V. All these features make the URM12 controller can successfully control the temperature, humidity, pressure and other physical quantities.
Controller with connected humidity sensor acts as a moisture regulator.
The controller is offered in two versions, full and economical.
Economy version has:
- Programmable measuring circuit allowing the choice of the sensor during operation
- 10-bit analog-digital converter providing satisfactory for most applications, measurement accuracy
- timer function
Full version has an additional:
- 12-bit analog-digital converter for even greater accuracy
- Clock allowing it to adjust a preset time
- Galvanically isolated communication interface RS485 MODBUS ASCII
- Analog output (current, or voltage)
Versatility solution, and a wide range of attachable sensors allows you to use this device to control various processes such as heating, cooling, cooking, drying, pressure control, level, etc.
- Implemented functions:
maintain the set value (eg, humidity)
process Control - Number of measuring inputs: 1
- wide range of sensors connectable
- Control Option: contactors, triacs, thyristors
- type of control: PID or hysteresis
- PID parameters can be programmed by the user
- Sound and light alarm signals:
- exceeding the limit value (eg temperature)
- sensor failure - non-volatile memory to memorize the set of parameters
- continuation of the process after a power interruption.
