The driver gas and oil furnaces USPP-GAS

 


USPP-G is a microprocessor temperature controller that maintains the desired temperature, and measures the time specified. The controller can be used to control gas or oil furnaces bakery. The controller provides total control of furnace operation, controlling the air circulation fan, burner, fogging and lighting in the oven. Control is achieved through built-in relays. The parameters set during the programming process are saved to nonvolatile memory controller. There is no need to set the parameters again after power.

USPP controller reads the temperature of two temperature sensors, controls the contactors or team triacs or thyristors. Because of the two sensors the controller can be made in the second preview version of the entry or controlled by averaging measurements from two measuring inputs. All parameters set during programming are entered via the keypad foil covering the front panel. The measured temperature value of the selected channel is continuously presented on the display. Time elapses is presented on a separate display. The front panel of the controller are LEDs, or at the time the outputs are enabled or disabled. Indicated are also alarm LED ALARM (exceeding the allowable temperature, actuator failure, sensor failure). The controller has a sound signal indicating the completion of measuring the set time (eg end of baking).

The power supply is 230 VAC, in the case of power failure the controller state is stored in nonvolatile memory so that when power is interrupted the process continues. The value of the supply voltage can be tailored to individual customer needs. The device is placed in a module in a metal housing with dimensions of 90x90x120 mm and 96x96 mm front panel or a plastic housing with dimensions of 90x90x100 mm and 96x96 mm front panel. The controller can operate in an ambient temperature of 0 - 60 ° C.

Because of the versatility to go out and easy to install the driver can be used both in new furnaces already in operation as well.
