WATER FEEDER - mixer USP is a device equipped with a microprocessor controller, designed for measuring the flow of the water required at a specific temperature. Especially useful for metering of water is needed in various technological processes carried out periodically, in which the temperature plays an important role in processes such as in food industry (bakery, confectionery, pasta production, etc.)
WATER FEEDER - mixer USP is adapted to receive hot and cold water directly from water mains.
Additionally dispenser - mixer can be controlled remotely from a PC which allows a convenient way to remotely control the operation of the device, eg from the office. has a built-mixer that allows for fast water outflow at the desired temperature.
Dispensers of our production are new, yet proven and tested product that is constantly improved and developed based on feedback from existing users.
All dispensers are fully automatic. Thanks to modern solutions, eliminating the mechanical dial.
Control unit is an electronic dispenser USP microprocessor controller designed and manufactured by our company based on the latest electronics. Driver software is also done in our company so we can immediately respond to the suggestions reported by current users. Devices have built automatic temperature correction of water during dispensing, depending on the temperature of the water already poured out. This allows water to obtain the desired temperature without having to dump the water. Moreover, the devices have a self-learning function , which helps to shorten the minimum time to reach the desired temperature. Furthermore, dispensers have a history of recent injections deleted the password, which allows additional control of workers and the technological process.
Actuators (solenoids, actuators, valves, mixers, flow sensors) mounted dispensers are of the highest quality and are manufactured by world-renowned companies such as: Rossweiner, Danfoss, Esco, Hankook Gas and others.
Differences between the versions:
The EU version of the USP on the keyboard is recessed flush with the dispenser housing, and the USP ver.2 keyboard has a frame on the surface of the dispenser housing (about 5mm). PROG version is enriched with additional programs. In 20 programs, you can remember the amount of water and its temperature to a cake recipe. No need to remember these parameters, just call the appropriate number of the program, described on the cover of the dispenser.
Versions with connections ½ "have a capacity of about 25 liters per minute, the versions with connections ¾" about 55 liters per minute.
We produce dispenser on two ranges: from setting up to 99.9-liter and 0.1 liter and a resolution of setting up to 999 liters and a resolution of 1 liter.
