Water Feeder USP is a device equipped with a microprocessor controller, designed for measuring a specified amount of water. It is particularly useful to accurately measure technological water, that is essential in all kinds of periodic processes, where amount of water is important (like for example in food industry - baking, confectionery business, pasta production etc.).

Water Feeder USP is adjusted to take warm or cold water directly from water-supply system.
Device, while working, makes real-time water amount and temperature measurement and displays this them. The user interface is very comfortable, all the values can be entered through buttons located on the front panel.

Water Feeder USP can be mounted on the wall or on the special stand. Device has two standard hydraulic attachments (1/2 inch, or 3/4 inch) - one for water input and one for water output .

The devices' work is controlled by a programmable, microprocessor controller USP. The controller has non-volatile memory chip to store all programmed parameters.

All the components (like the electrovalves, or flow sensors) that are used in the feeders are highest quality. Only components from most reliable companies like Rossweiner, Danfoss, Esco, or Hankook are used in the production process. It guarantees very high quality of the final product.

Differences between versions:
In USP UE version the controller is mounted inside the feeder and the keyboard is in one plane with the rest of the front panel.
A new P versions of the feeders has been introduced to the market. These feeders are designed to control the water flow instead of the amount. Water flow control is essential in various types of continuous production, like for example in a pasta factory.
