Water Feeder - Mixer USP

Water Feeder - Mixer USP is a device equipped with a microprocessor controller, designed to measure a specified amount of water having specified temperature. It is particularly useful to accurately measure technological water, what is essential in all kinds of periodic processes, where temperature and amount of water is important (like for example in food industry - baking, confectionery business, pasta production etc.).
Water Feeder - Mixer USP is adjusted to take warm and cold water directly from water-supply system. It has a built in mixer, which enables to get a desired amount of output water having specified temperature. Teldream also offers versions with three inputs adjusted to mix warm, cold and iced water.

All the feeders are fully automatic devices. Thanks to the innovative solutions all the mechanical knobs has been eliminated.
The device is controlled be a microprocessor controller that has been re-designed in 2006 and is build from the most modern integrated circuits offering exceptional parameters and reliability.
All the devices has a built-in water temperature correction algorithm that monitors the currently dispensed water and adjusts the temperature. Thanks to this algorithm the user can be sure that the temperature of the dispensed water is exactly as desired and made it possible to eliminate the need for water by-pass that is normally needed to flush the room-temperature water from the pipes.

The feeders' controller has also been equipped in a self learning algorithm that significantly shortens the time needed to regulate the water temperature.
All the components (like the electrovalves, or flow sensors) that are used in the feeders are highest quality. Only components from most reliable companies like Rossweiner, Danfoss, Esco, or Hankook are used in the production process. It guarantees very high quality of the final product.

Differences between versions:
In USP UE version the controller is mounted inside the feeder and the keyboard is in one plane with the rest of the front panel. In ver.2 version the controller is panel mounted in its own enclosure and therefore there is a 5mm thick frame around the keyboard.
The PROG version has an extra memory for up to 20 programs in which the water temperature and the amount can be stored. This way the user doesn’t have to remember the parameters for the process, but only its’ number.

L versions are adjusted to use warm, cold and iced water. The feeder mixes either cold and iced water, or cold and warm water depending on the desired output temperature. It never mixes warm and iced water in order not to waste the iced water.
A new P versions of the feeders has been introduced to the market. These feeders are designed to control the water flow instead of the amount. Water flow control is essential in various types of continuous production, like for example in a pasta factory.
