Microprocessor Oven Controller USPP-E

USPP is a controller with built in microprocessor which controls temperature and measures time. USPP-E controller is designed for electric ovens. Controlling method is based on PID type. Since the controller is universal, it can be used everywhere, where regulation of temperature and measuring of time is needed. Device is fully programmable and all programmed parameters are stored in non-volatile memory. Controller can be installed both in new and used up ovens.

USPP-E controller is two-channel regulator. It controls temperature in two separate channels in two different places in oven. Program reads temperature from two sensors and controls work of relays. Device can be also used as double-threshold regulator with time measuring or as two separate regulators.

Measured value of temperature and time is presented on displays in real-time. There are additional LEDs on front panel which indicate whether outputs are on or off. Different LEDs are used to signal alarm states. Each of the channels has two separate outputs to control splitting of output power. There are buttons to control additional functions like switching light, ventilation, etc. Device has sound signal to indicate the end of measured time.
