Microprocessor Oven Controller USPP-G
USPP-G is a controller with built in microprocessor which controls temperature and measures time. USPP-G controller is designed for gas/oil ovens. Controlling method is based on hysteresis type. Since the controller is universal, it can be used everywhere, where regulation of temperature and measuring of time is needed. Device is fully programmable and all programmed parameters are stored in non-volatile memory. Controller can be installed both in new and used up ovens.
USPP-G controller is one-channel regulator, but it is possible to measure temperature in two places in oven. Second sensor is used only for monitoring temperature in different place. Program reads temperature from one sensor to control work of relays.
Measured value of temperature and time is presented on displays in real-time. There are additional LEDs on front panel which indicate whether output is on or off. Different LEDs are used to signal alarm states. There are buttons to control additional functions like switching light, ventilation, etc. Device has sound signal to indicate the end of measured time.
