Microprocessor Controller USPP-TCF

USPP-TCF is a microprocessor controller which controls temperature and measures time. USPP-TCF is designed for tunnel ovens. Controlling method is based on PID or hysteresis type. Since the controller is universal, it can be used everywhere, where regulation of temperature and measuring of time is needed. Device is fully programmable and all programmed parameters are stored in non-volatile memory. Controller can be installed both in new and used up ovens.

USPP-TCF controller is two-channel regulator. It controls temperature in two different places in an oven. The device reads temperature from two sensors and controls the work of relays.

Additionally USPP-TCF measures the time needed by the conveyor belt to go through the oven, or the frequency of inverter.

Measured values of temperature and time (or frequency) are presented on displays in real-time. There are additional LEDs on the front panel that indicate whether output is on or off. Other LEDs are used to signal alarm states. There are separate buttons to control additional functions like switching light, ventilation, etc. Device has a sound signalling device to indicate the end of measured time.
