Bakery ovens' steam controller USP-Z

Bakery ovens' steam controller USP-Z has been designed to enhance baking process. Traditionally the amount of water that is supplied to the steam generator in an oven is regulated on a time basis. This solution doesn't provide satisfying process repeatability, because the amount of delivered water tend to change with water pressure and due to the mineral deposits. The USP-Z dispenses an exactly desired water amount to each ovens' chamber providing an excellent repeatability and therefore helps to improve the production quality and minimize loses.

USP-Z can drive up to five elektrovalves that control water flow to five different ovens' chambers.
Basic USP-Z system consists of a microprocessor controller and a flowmeter with a digital output. In this version the steam controller uses electrovalves that are already installed in an oven.
There is also a possibility of ordering a compact unit that consists of a desired number of electrovalves, a flowmeter and an electronic controller.
